Consultation
We conduct an indepth phone consulation with all new clients, where we really get to know your child's needs. We take a holisitc approach to tuition, so we like to have a good understanding of your child's personality, interests and hobbies as well as their academic goals and areas of improvement.
Careful matching
We carefully match students with tutors who we believe can help them reach their fullest potential. We recommend tutors who have years of experience in specific subject areas and year group stages.
We then let you decide the tutor you feel would be the best fit your child and a trial lesson takes place to ensure that you are happy with your choice.
Communication
We ask all of our tutors to provide detailed feedback after a student's first lesson, outlining areas of strengths and areas of improvement. We ask tutors to create clear, achieveable goals and share these with you for full transaprency.
We also like to keep in close contact with you, providing support and advice whenever needed.
